He doesnt have resurrection magic, remember he tried healing the big breasted teacher the loligon smashed into a pulp. And healing doesnt remove the pain, to take her liver he would have to carve her up and Tanaka doesnt hurt people unless they try to kill him or hes dead ass drunk.

hell even if he killed her couldn’t he just use his resurrection magic on her?
