i dont even own a repair shop but id defo be able to pinpoint your problem if given a chance to test it

my estimation if you gonna buy the parts (psu,mobo,cpu,maybe fan and case), is roughly 1k usd aswell, but i suggest you had them pinpoint which are really broken and need replacement so you could buy less and save money

oops , i thought itwas the cpu mobo and psu that was broken,

if you gonna find a replacement for gpu, id suggest buy a second hand 1080ti, those gpus are dirty cheap for second hand now, and its fuckin high end. (i found three of those at 600usd minus in my country’s second hand sellers forum)
