Reduce means that you should limit waste, so keep a smaller harem; Reuse means that you should keep using your used goods, as long as they can be used; and Recycle means that you should find a new use for something once it can no longer fit its normal use. Unless you have some heinous uses in mind for your harem, then it's not a terrible thing.
