and lets not forget the information loli, pure and useful, it doesnt get better than that

as i said to the other guy, tanaka knows that certain people are not exactly good but he doesnt care as long as they are nice to him, like Mercedes and fahren, but plenty of relevant men have their own flaws and tanaka just doesnt care because they are nice to him

Tanaka makes it clear that he is the one getting a certain image about people despite their personal characteristics, he constantly praises Esther for her noble traits but says he on a personal level wont nail that dat ass for his first time

another examples are Fahren and Mercedes, who are both skilled and tempered but also obsessive about their likings without regard for morality but tanaka is ok with them because they are nice to him

so, tanaka always has a clear image of people both in an objective level and on his personal perception, but as he is a pervert he naturally thinks of women way more

tanaka thinks of perverted stuff but he is aware that those are delusions so he doesnt expect reality to go along with him, and he is firm on his objective of having his first time with a virgin girl, thats why he has rejected some advances, he may be a rotten pervert but he is a rotten pervert of principles… one principle at least

Yes agree, there’s an element of that true, but when I see how he look at the court magician, he always thinks of him as “cool ojiisan” and overall favors him, also Allen himself, they make him too good for his own good, they both became quite trusting of Tanaka in every case. Heck they became his bro friends basically. (also the mercenary guys, that messenger when he was in duty, etc etc)

Tanaka doesn’t seem to want to have bad feelings for men, but almost always thinks bad for women, he knows that Allen is a playboy, and the court magician a hopeless in romance, but he forces Loli b*tch and dragon loli to them all the time.
It’s like he has no confidence to gain an upper standing over any male or something. I don’t know I’d he’s dense or actually purposely ignoring the girls’ advance.

Im guessing a very bad case of lacking self confidence, but how he always fantasize on women and thinks of them as s*x addict sounds degenerating to me… (and actually when they openly propose to him what he fantasies, he always rejects)

That’s why I always think of him as a hypocrite. He thinks and said he desires things, but never do anything that is needed to get the things he wants.

The men do have flaws, but as you can see the main theme of this series is that there are almost no women worth trusting, all the girls that have been introduced to the series, just sophia and mercedes (who is a massive rapist dyke), seem to be on par with the men, itll be shown later on that Esther and Zophie have their own worst traits as well.

The change here is just that for a man to be dependable in isekai he must be strong, so, change their computer skills for muscles and you have the same orderly, efficient and submissive men while the women are like the average asian middle class snowflake that demands house, car and a good salary in order to marry or a bigger house, a nicer car and a higher salary than herself has if she is self sufficient, translate that into isekai and they demanded a nice village and a great amount of food

And there was not even enjo kosai girls or anything of the sorts so they were stuck with their women, frankly speaking tanakaland would benefit a lot from a bunch of hardworking men and sexually broken women, they would make the foundation for a prosperous and perverted nation, too bad they were left behind

Nah, men and women get the same treatment but the MC is a pervert and fantasizes about women all the time

if you want to see “bad” men we have Allen the cheater, Fahren the magic otaku monster, the evil minister who wants to seize the lolibitch’s territory, the oppai drill loli sex slave and so on, is just that Tanaka fantasizes about sex so he thinks of women a lot, also is the “Gender violence” effect, when something bad happens to men and women it looks worse on women because we expect men to be able to save themselves

so, if tanaka adresses males as perverts it never looks offensive, instead it looks reasonable and we move pass it without a second thought
